Default PLease help!

Please Login to Remove!

I just got this phone and it is driving me crazy. I am on a Mac and I tried syncing up my phone using pocket mac and now I am stuck on a white screen and have a spinning hour glass. It has been there for about 30 minutes and i hav removed the battery but still no luck


Please help me out!

Welcome to the forums,
Unfortunatly, the fix for your problem requires a PC. Your best bet might be to return the phone for a replacement. If that's not possible then you need to find a friend with a PC and follow the following instructions:
