They told me I was the only person who has had this problem as well. So I made it my life's goal to call them everyday since they released the 18.104.22.168 version and talk to them about it, in depth, so that hopefully if other people called in, they might get a semi-educated response. (as opposed to the generic "this is the first time we've heard of this") Oh well, 300 'ish CSR's and 25 some-odd days.. ok, some i'm about 10% of the way there
I would recommend the AT&T 4.1 OS (i'm not sure what the version number is) it was the latest 4.1 to be released.

and there are a few 8100 threads where people had the same problem, but T-mobile has already released a new OS for them which corrected the problem.
