This is the second time I write about this problem as it is REALLY IRRITATING me!!! I have recently bought BB 8800 and I have all of my contacts numbers in my address book stored with "Prefix" (+966). In all devices I have used they automatically detected the contact Name and show it when they call even in silly regular mobile phones! When I'm receiving local calls, carrier sends the number without Prefix. Therefore my BB doesn't read the name! I have tried to fix the smart dialing and chosen my country prefix but still names are not appearing till I remove the prefix from the contact!!!! The opposite thing is happening with SMS, the carrier send the number with "Prefix" therefore I don't get the name in my SMS inbox….It a total mess!!! If I remove the prefix I don't see the names in sms and the opposite happen with address book. I'm not greedy but I need to read names in BOTH cases as I device like 8800 should be able to do this!!!

I really hope that someone could guide me to a solution that can fix the problem!!!
