I need to erase all data on my 7250, but was reading I would need software to restore it if I do wipe all? Does wipe all leave all original programs on there or delete EVERYTHING?

if you want to delete all the extra programs: you can do a back-up and selective restore.
or you can manually go in delete the programs under options: applications
If you just want to delete user data, create a password for the unit, lock it, and punch in the wrong password 10 times, and it will take it back to new.

I would do a back-up first.
Then do the password trick.
Evaluate if that cleared everything.
Then manually delete if necessary, then selective restore if necessary.
Software wise, these things are pretty difficult to reeeeally mess up...

Hi, if you are running 4.0 on the 7250 you can do a security wipe on the handheld. Go to Options/Security then push the track wheel and select Wipe Handheld. This will wipe all the data.
