Default help required for new user of 7290

can anyone out there help me? I am trying to synch the SENT items from my handheld to the SENT items in MS Outlook on my desktop PC. Is this possible?? I have tried email reconciliation but no luck...what am I doing wrong?

pls advise - many thanks in advance!

In that case, I don't think you can sync messages sent from the blackberry.

then you use Blackberry Webclient.
You can log in and make it so you bcc: yourself on every e-mail.
then make a filter so e-mails from you don't go to your blackberry.
In outlook, set-up a rule that all e-mails from you go to your sent items.
You won't be able to sync the e-mails sitting on your blackberry as of right now, but you will be able to do it for future e-mails.

got it - I will try that, but what you are saying is that I cannot simply synch the sent items from Blackberry on to my PC-based Outlook's sent items folder, right?

that is correct. The only way you could do that would be to set-up like I described, do a search on your Blackberry for all items you sent, and forward them all to yourself from your blackberry.
