how can i filter certain txts from coming thru?

Call your carrier and see what they can do. If you don't you will likely be charged for the TMs.

Cingular ( ATT ) will charge. Somewhere your BB email address was given to a spammer. I never give out my real address. I use a forwarding method from another email address.

manny64 said he was receiving TEXT messages to his BB, not email--two different things. In this case, it is simply your cell phone number they are spamming.

I don't know how to block those, other than MAYBE BerryBlocker could do it. Check it out.

Same difference as an annoying caller, what do you do? You either block their calls, ignore them, or change your number.

Have you tried BerryBlocker or Black and White List? There is a thread here about them in the Aftermarket Software section.
