Unhappy Signal issue

There is a constant "searching for network" since I did the path Options/Network/Data services and changed from off to on, then on to off. Please think the answer to a solution, here in South America the incoming is very low and the devices cost equal than in a wealthy country. I am disabled and I need a mobile phone to get a job. It's been a week without signal.
