Question Lost "delete from mailbox" option on gmail

Please Login to Remove!

For some reason i no longer have the "delete from mailbox and handheld" option for my gmail account on my 8800. It used to be there and it still exists for my yahoo and school accounts but not for gmail. I really need this option back and hopefully i dont have to delete it off BIS and re-add it because there are emails in the inbox that i need to keep. Any ideas?

Try a battery pull (for about 60 seconds) and then reinsert. You may also want to resend the service books: How do I resend my service books? - BlackBerryFAQ

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 8700g: Opera/9.50 (J2ME/MIDP; Opera Mini/4.0.8993/58; U; en))

You may want to check to see if you have the "Prompt" option enabled. Go to Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation and check to see if the "Delete On" option is set to "Prompt" for the Gmail Mailbox.
