Default 8703e Deleting On Handheld vs Mailbox

Please Login to Remove!

Recently, my 8703e on BES has been deleting messages from the mailbox that I only deleted from the handheld. Has anyone else experienced this?

That's the way I have my 8703e set up. Deleting from the handheld deletes from the server. I like it that way. You can change if it you want to. Mailbox, then Options, then Email Reconciliation, then change the option on Delete On:

Thank you for the reply. I have to clarify: I have it set to prompt me and then I decide, with each message or group of messages, whether I want them deleted from the handheld or the mailbox. However, many times, but not always, when I merely delete from the handheld, it also deletes from the mailboxes.

I don't want to simply delete from the handheld, because then I'll be doing double the work later, but I also don't want to lose messages that I needed in the mailbox. Phooey.
