Default Address book to SIM question

Is there anyway to copy contacts from the address book to the SIM card? I know you can do it the other way around, just did not want to have to add contacts manually to the SIM Card.

You can copy the phone numbers from your Address Book one by one, single phone number at a time to your SIM card. Go to address book > open/view contact, scroll over a phone number and click to COPY TO SIM PHONE BOOK.

And not only is it one number at a time but each name can only hold one number. IMO, it's good for a backup phone list if you should damage your phone and have to use another phone as a temporary solution.
