I just setup BIS for my company email. How do I get that emails already in my outlook inbox on my BB.

No.
You have to forward them to yourself.

Either forward them to ourself as noted or move them to some other folder and then move them back into your inbox. I don't know if there is a time lag required because I occasionally move a previously deleted e mail or such back to the inbox and the RIM server sees it as a new mail and sends it to me. It took me a while to figure out where these old e mails were coming from.

That won't work in this instance as the original poster stated he was using BIS.

That would work for a BES.
