Hi, I just got my 8800, upgraded from 8700. I have a problem that, altough the BES config has happened, it will not send or recieve email. I use Lotus Notes at work and usually all my diary and email appear on both Blackberry and Laptop. Also I do not have the reconcile now options in the menu. Under email reconciliation I only have the Delete on option. Any ideas on how to fix this? I have confirmed with my provider (Tmobile) that it is registed on their system for BES use.

Have your BES Admin resend the service books.

Pull the battery for about 30 seconds and then let the BB rebot.

Does that fix it?
