HI guys,

I have the 8703. It was working fine on my PC but since I moved the PC to my new office, it stopped working.

Problem: When I connect the BlackBerry to my PC through USB, it connects, then disconnects every few seconds. Then I get an error saying "please make sure the device is connected properly". I thought it could be the cable so I changed the cable but still same. I have web cam, printer etc connected to the USB ports and they all work fine.

When I do the same on my laptop, it works fine.

Any ideas why this could be?

I am using: Win XP with SP2 and Office 2003 on both PC and Laptop.

i think that it ur windows problem.u can solve this prob with new instaling of
window.if this can not solve may its hard ware problem in ur black berry,usb port.

I did re-install windows. Still no luck.

Also, I dont think there is any problem with the blackberry since it works fine on my laptop.

I think its a conflic of software on my PC but when I re-installed windows, I installed "ONLY" the desktop manager and tried it too. Still same.
