So my boss just purchased an 8830 from verizon, and since im the "IT *****" he of course has me set it up. I set up a forward in our email server to send his email to his blackberry address, It sent 2 emails in like an hour then nothing. hasnt recieved an email in like 2 hours. I have sent numerous tests to both his blackberry account and his regular email account. Any suggestions as to what it might be?
He might not like the forward to the BB address since he will not be able to reply to the company address. Might make more sense to set up a BIS account for him. That way the actual reply to address is the one that the sender used. More professional than the BB device address itself, IMHO.
