Arrow 7290 call failed

Hello there, I have an old 7290 bb, got my data plan, (ie dont get data connection refused message displayed) but cannot call or send sms. when i try to call I get three tones and the message call failed. Can anyone thing of any obvious reasons why this is happening. I have call and sms allowance on my plan and o2 bless them have no idea why it will not let me call or sms. it wont accept incoming either.

ps i have full signal / not on bes / dont have any other apps running at the same time

I think it may be worth 507ing your phone and reloading the latest OS from O2.

How do I wipe the BlackBerry using Jl Cmder? - BlackBerryFAQ

The above will wipe the device (507 error.) Then you can reload the OS from scratch.
