If I have multiple appointments at the same time on the same day and alerts for each appointment. They all display at the same time and when I go to push them back a day and save the changes it shows communication to the server but does not change. How do I fix this?

If this continues to happen you may want to try and upgrade to the latest 4.2.1.101 version for the 8700.
