I am wondering if the blackberry 8830 will take advantage of the speed difference with class 4 memory.

It is my understanding that it is noticeably faster?

I can get the class 2 memory cheaper and want to know if I pay the extra money there is a noticeable difference

You'd be basically doulbling the write speed, but your right - can the device support the extra speed?

All I know here is that the SanDisk microSD card I have (2G) is fairly slow when transfering data from my laptop. I sent 1.8 gigs of music to my 8830 and it took 25 minutes to transfer the data!!! Not doing that again.
