i have a 7250 BB. I was downloading google maps when the screen when blank. I restared the BB and a message popped up Prefetch abort Reset. I have reset the bb serveal times with no luck. I have called both Blackberry and my provider. I also ran javaloader on CMD it tells me it can not connect to devise under javaloader -usb wipe but it will connect in device manager any help will be greatly thanked
