Each time I open up the web browser on my 8800, a error message pops up stating 'A problem occurred while trying to render the page'. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. My carrier is T-Mobile.

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?

If so, has the browser worked in the past? Pulling the battery to reboot the BB might help, as well as resending the service books.

Yes, I had no problems with the browser when I first got my BB. I shall try your suggestions. Thank You!

Thank you, I reset my BB and the browser works fine.

We hav a bunch of 8830 World Phone (CDMA technology), none of our Rogers (EDGE) BB have this issue, simply go to google, get results back ok, but when clicking on the results linke get error "A PROBLEM OCCURRED WHILE TRYING TO RENDER THE PAGE."
All on BES 4.1.5 (no fix for this in MR1 or SP6), seem to have started just after SP5!!
Same deal, remove\reinstall Battery seem to fix issue Temporarly
No extra Apps aside from the default OS apps.
RIM's cheezy tech, just say to re-install OS, done, no change.
Ideas, concept, theories are welcomed at this point.

So BES'm All are you saying that BlackBerry Customer Support 110% completely clueless on this "A PROBLEM OCCURRED WHILE TRYING TO RENDER THE PAGE." error message??! And their ONLY fix is to re-install? (I thought that ONLY fixed Windows ) I was thinking of emailing them since this problem started on my 8830 this weekend. ALL suggestions I've received from members of different BlackBerry forums has NOT fixed the problem. I'd love to know how you may eventually get your problem solved. Who knows, it might help me. THX!
