Default Does changing your blackberry number...

affect you receiving your info from the BES?

I am moving and will be changing the BB# to a local one.

What needs to be done to keep receiving the info from BES?

Thanks
Wayne

No, your phone number has nothing to do with BES connection. It will work fine as long as there is a data plan on the account.

It's possible that when you change your number your device will have to be reprovisioned on the Verizon network (I think it's *228 or something close to that).

I support Sprint devices and when people change their number (usually because the device has a 'temp' number and I port over their actual cell number) they have to reprovision the device to get the BES email working again.
