Default windows, unkown device . but i`ve already installed DM

Please Login to Remove!

when i connect my bb 7100t to my PC, windows allert that it is an unkown device . but i`ve already installed DM .
then i tried to wipe my bb . but the WIPE.bat can`t find bb .

what should i do ?

ps:my battary is empty . but when i try to charge , bb`s light turns red and flashes . the screen flashes too .

do you have vista?

mine does not recognize my phone, but i just canceled the driver search, and it works fine through bluetooh.

ohh.i find its hardware problem , the usb connect port was broken .
