I have 3 e-mail accounts on my BB. My most important one, my work email, is having issues. What it does is that no e-mails will come for 2,3,4 hours and then they'll all come at once. When I look at the e-mail, it says it was "sent" when it was actually sent, but I can't see it at that time. For instance, at a given time, say 7:45, I'll get 15 e-mails all appearing at my BB at the same time. The time on the e-mail (on the left-hand column of the BB when I go to open it) for all of them says 7:45. However, when I open an e-mail, it will say "Sent: 5:56" Or whatever time it was actually sent. But I don't get it until 7:45.
Does this make sense? Basically, although e-mails being sent to me are being sent on-time, they aren't appearing on my BB. Then once every few hours, all the e-mails come at once. And this only happens for my work account. Is there something I can do to fix this?
Is the problem on my BB? On the BIS? Or my work email server?
