Default Unlock/Emergency Call/Cancel When Locked

Please Login to Remove!

When I have my keypad locked and accidentally hit the thumbwheel I get the option to Unlock, make an Emergency Call, or Cancel. Does anyone know how to turn off the Emergency Call feature? I've already accidentally made a 911 call...Thanks!

Unfortunately (or fortunately) there is no way to disable that feature. I believe it is required per FCC laws (or something like that).

You cannot remove or turn off the Emergency Call feature. I believe it is US Federal law that requires that to be permitted to any locked phone.
