More specifics please:
Desktop Manager version.
Define how you know it is "detected" does it show up in device manager?
How about showing as connected in the handheld manager?
Have you gone under options/connections in desktop manager?

Look back at the previous post. I would like to help, but unless you provide specifics, there is little to be done with it.

This is going to sound a bit rude, so brace yourself. Nobody here gets paid for this. We do it because we like helping people. However, most IT people (myself included) can not stand helping people that won't put forth a minimum amount of effort. Until now, I have overlooked your lazy grammar, abbreviations and unwillingness to provide details. I'm not going to force the useful info out of you. I think my patience is just a bit thin tonight. Maybe someone else will pick up where I left off.
