I recently got a new phone after my other bb8700g broke. Got the same one

However, on my old one I was able to see korean characters

On the new one I can't and only see black boxes. How do I fix this? It happens on jivetalk as well

You need to load the OS with multilanguage options. Look at your carrier or the sticky note thread at the top of this 8700 section.

What do you mean by my carrier?

I have T-Mobile...

Do i have to download 4.21+ for it? Because my last one was the same 4.1
