Default diagnostic test---no

Please Login to Remove!

wasn't able to get internet access or receive/send from yahoo. so i ran a diagnostic test. the results below


radio access: evdo
network: sprint pcs

blackberry registration: no
connected to blackberry: no
blackberry pin - pin: no

on two of the diagnostics i ran, 1 had yes to answers above.

any ideas?

my network settings

data services off when roaming
mobile network sprint pcs
network selection mode automatic
netowrk mode global. (i've switched this around from ixev)

thanks that worked. any idea why that happens? seems to happen daily.

No idea, next time you might simply try a soft reset.

soft resets are hit or miss. i have the seidio plastic case (which i love), it's takes some effort to take out the battery with it on.
