Hi,

I have installed webmessenger on my blackberry 7230. When I tried to login it says "The application IM_Main has request a socket connection to 66.180.192.156 (Allow Connection / Deny Connection) It tries to connect over port 443 (Connection type-socket) or port 8443 (Connectio type ssl).

When I allow the connection it still returns the error "Cannot connect to the server".

This has probably 2 issues as per my understanding. 1)Service provider is blocking the port 2)Blackberry's firewall is blocking.

My service provider is Airtel (India) and they have very limited assistance on the service as the software is a third party.

Please advice.
