They should have given a coupon for a hearing aid with the purchase of the 8830. I love everything about the phone its my first Balckberry didnt know what all the hipe was about. know I understand. there are loads of posts about how there is no quick solution to this problem. I;ve read that folks have dloaded audacity, a free music converter, to bump up the volume on there ringtones and them scoot them back on the phone to get em to ring louder.
