i CAN'T SYNC MY OUTLOOK WITH MY 7100R???
I get the error message "no outlook or ms exchange folders appear to be configured" Anybody know ho to fix?

Have you reviewed the FAQs. The moderators have posted numerous very good FAQs that should more than address a lot of your issue. Additionally the Forums have a Search feature as well.

Some additional more specific information regarding where this error is occuring, wnat verison of Outlook, what OS, etc are needed as well.
