What would cause the "no dial tone" error to appear? Initialization commands are set and phone number is correct. Thanks ahead!!!

When you setup the dial up connection did you specify the proper modem? Sometimes it default checks the phone modem on your computer instead of the "standard modem"

Let me double check that because I did breeze through it...

Thats exactly what I did set it up on the integrated modem on the laptop...Thanks for the heads up!!! It pays off to take your time lol
