Default 7130e - can't sink with Time Matters

I am unable to sync my 7130e with Time Matters legal software, as advertised. Time Matters support said I have configured Time Matters properly, and it must be something wrong with the Blackberry Desktop Manager. In the applications section of the Blackberry there are icons for Time Matters data, and those modules are configured as add ins in the Desktop Manager. Yet, when I hit sync, no data is transmitted to the Blackberry. Anyone dealt with this before or have any ideas? Thanks!

Have you checked the box in DM that says to sync add-ons?
