Default 7230 power-up woes

I have a user who got an error that I've never seen before. When you power on the device a screen pops up that has an icon with a circle, square and triangle in a rectangle. Under the icon it says 507. Has anyone seen this error before?

It means that there is no operating system on the device (also means you didn't do a forum search on "507").

Look in Main Page - BlackBerryFAQ on how to download and reload the handheld operating system.
