What do you want to do, exactly? That is, what is definition of, "get my movies"?

You can stream via the browser/media player, correct? Are you looking for a catalog and means to purchase video? What?

Well if I could watch NetFlix on my PB I would, but I want to backup my DVD video so I can watch it on my PB since the PB doesn't support DR Windows Media files.

Ok. You waant to (a) rip your DVD(s) to a format that is supported on the PlayBook, and (b) put the ripped video on the Playbook.

I believe both are trivial problems. Search for an app for converting DVD to mp4 or something, whatever your best option for the PlayBook, and that is within you budget. I've converted video, but never ripped DVD so I don't have any recommendations.

And I believe the PlayBook has media sync functionality. So, once you have ripped the DVD to a suitable file format on the computer, sync the file to the PlayBook.

That's not a complete answer to your question, I know, more of a road map.
