Yeah... right now I've been charging it since my post almost 2 hours ago... I'm at 1%
the most annoying part is when you e-mail
you actually get a reply saying "sorry we can helpe you here, please e-mail
My support experience as a whole (even the agent I dealt with on the phone) has been just horrible.
I know it's not RIM directly, but Quanta is making them look like fools (especially if I'm not a unique case in the support aspect)
