I deleted an album from my PB (using AIR Browser) and it no longer shows from my Windows desktop when the PB is attached. However, it still shows up on the PB with an MP3 in it, but if I try to play it I get an error as it is not there. Any suggestions on how to clean this up (and yes, I have rebooted the PB twice now). It appears that there is a record of this file somewhere on the PB that I need to delete, but I can't figure out where.

Update: Now it appears I can't add ANY new MP3 files to my PB as a result of this problem! I still have 3.1 GB free (out of 32 GB) so space should not be an issue.

I bypassed the problem by doing a security wipe/reset.

I had a similar problem with a couple of videos, I'd delete them, but whenever I restarted the video player, they would seem to still be there, but wouldnt actually play, nor would they seem to be there if I looked at the folder with a browser.

Reset did not help. What finally worked was I opened the Internet Browser, went to the Privacy setting and cleared all history including cookies, I also reset after this, and the phantom files were gone.

Its my guess then, that alot of the native apps are just specially formatted links, and that the browser is pulling alot more weight than I had ever imagined.

Hope this helps, it was just something I had stumbled into, so I cant be sure but I'd say it is worth a shot.
