Best Buy has it online for $199 and if you have a Best Buy rewards card I think the shipping is free.
I have seen it less than $199 at Amazon but the price changes sometimes. Right now it's $199 but should be free shipping and no tax.

Best price so far is Blackberry.com. I was mistaken that they charge sales tax. Just purchased a 16GB from Blackberry.com for $199, free shipping and no tax.
