mac itunes to new playbook trouble please help
 

hello, i am trying to sync a movie through BB desktop, this file is in itunes and is 1.25gig. but tried a couple times and been trying to sync for hours. am i missing something? all music and music videos have gone through no problem..

When you plug your Playbook in, are you seeing the device in your drives folder and/or can you see your playbook on your network?

Try just copy & pasting it instead of using the BB Desktop?

Consider using Wi-Fi file transfer, instead of wired. RIM and Apple products rarely get along well, but Wi-Fi is universal.
