Default Can't sync Hotmail account

Please Login to Remove!
I have been trying to sync my Hotmail accout on Playbook but I get this message that says failed testing with current settings. Can anyone help me with this problem.

See KB32048-When Integrating Hotmail through Simple Integration on the BlackBerry PlayBook the following appears "Account Hotmail - <username>@hotmail.com failed testing with current settings"
