Hi All,

I have a BBPB which has the latest o/s software - confirmed when logging on via wifi. However when I connect to my laptop, BB desktop software indicates v0.0.0 and requires that the software is updated. I have tried to update and the dialogue box indicates that the update is successful however the message is repeated.

Also the BBPB does not reflect as a drive on my or any other laptop at work. The problem is I have media files on the BBPB which i now cannot retrieve.(Holiday photos etc:cry:) I have tried a back-up but when I try to restore the file to anothe BBPB a message comes up as the file is corrupt.

Please help.

Thanks, new on here and realised I posted in the wrong place but then didnt know how to move it. I then made the mistake of posting the general help section which you detected. Thanks for moving the thread and hopefully I get a solution.
