BlackBerry PlayBook OS v2.1.0.1032 Now Available for Wifi Edition
 

Changelog:

- Allows PIM (Messages, Calendar, Contacts) to be viewed in portrait orientation
- PIM – Deep Folder Hierarchy. Previously, if a customer had multiple nested folders within email
- Allows for WiFi to be used for Bridge between 2 devices if they’re on the same WiFi network
- BlackBerry Bridge will now support viewing SMS messages on the PlayBook
- Print to Go will now work across different networks
- Android apps will now be run in separate windows instead of one window for every Android app
- Android apps will now have the ability to use the PlayBook camera
- A customer will now be able to make in-app payments within Android apps

For the WiFi version only.

HELLO...After the upgrade text messages on PB shows sender from one of my contact rather than actual sender of the text message..when I hope text msg icon for one second it show the sender name then suddenly sender name is changed to one particular contact from my contact list strange any one can help do I need to reinstall this update? Please help...:x:x:x

From what I understand, the Bridged functions are just an extension of what your handheld device is showing. Do you have the same error/issue/bug on your device? Just the PB? Have you tried severing the connection and then pairing again?

This happened to me also. I read on another site to delete that contact, then re add it on the device. That fixed the problem.
