Will BB10 stop sideloading completely

Will BB10 stop sideloading completely on playbook?

We currently have 1 playbook in the family for my daughter and I'm considering getting another for my son for Xmas.

I haven't tried sideloading yet, but would like a few apps on, and eg Kindle etc.

I know the RIM boss said this was going to stop, but is not with BB10? Of so I may get a Nexus 7 instead.
