Contacts for my different emails are getting all mixed up
 

I have 4 different gmail accounts. 1 personal and 3 for different organizations that I volunteer for. They all have different contact lists. Because they are all synced to my BB device the contacts from 1 are appearing mixed into the others.
The Playbook seems to handle the emails and calendars very gracefully (I can look at them merged or separated) but the contact list is a nightmare. Does anyone have a solution for me?
