Default Speech to text-works, doesnt work, works doesnt work

I use the BB Q10 with a jawbone headset. When it works, its great. I will say " call John Smith on mobile". The unit responds by looking up the contact and asking me if I would like to call John Smith.

The Problem.

It will work well for quite a few days in a row, and then similarly it won't recognize the name John Smith in my contacts. Very frustrating.

Interestingly, if I say " call John" It will come up with a list of people in my contacts that are named John. Unfortunately this doesn't help because the unit then asks "which John would you like to call"...and because it doesn't recognize "John Smith" when spoken, its useless.

1. Is anyone experiencing this problem
2. Does anyone know why it happens
3. Is there a fix?
