Default Q10 SIM not Detected

Hi do anyone out there can help me solve my Q10 SIM not detected problem? everything goes well until out of sudden it lost signal and SIM Not detected in that phone.

i am using a micro sim without cutting from the standard size and i have also change sim card from provider for 3 times.

however the sim card still working on my other phone so it prove that is not the problem with the sim card.

please help

I might try a security wipe and test, or even do a clean reinstall of the OS, and test. Or I might just ask for a replacement. Is the device still under warranty?
