Inheritance is disabled on the User Object in Microsoft Active Directory. After inheritance is enabled it is required to re-authenticate the configured account.

The log lines do not indicate any issue, this happens due to timeouts, disconnects with Geolocation service or when it closed the connection.

good then i can safely ignore the error.

i just noticed below warning in the event log but i saw some blog it also can ignore.

Could not connect to Service Control Manager at \\127.0.0.1: 1722
Unable to connect to Dispatcher 'xxx.com'

if yes then i really didn't see any other issue why my BBZ10 cannot sync email

The BlackBerry Controller could not connect to the BlackBerry Dispatcher and as a result, the BlackBerry Mail store, BlackBerry Policy and BlackBerry Synchronization services could not be started.

i noticed in the exchange CAS log.

Log Name: Application
Source: MSExchange ActiveSync
Date: 4/9/2013 3:57:46 AM
Event ID: 1007
Task Category: Requests
Level: Error
Keywords: Classic
User: N/A
Computer: xxxxx
Description:
An error occurred while synchronizing a Skipped Item report. This is an uncommon error and is usually only logged when there are additional problems in an Exchange environment. Review the Application log for other events that provide information about the root cause of this problem. You may also consider disabling the feature that sends Skipped Item reports using the Set-MobileSyncVirtualDirectory cmdlt.

Synchronization with your BlackBerry failed for 29 items.

hi all,

Just some sharing, finally we found the issue. It was because of Exchange setting. The reason is our default domain name content wild card "*.abc.com" it is not allow.

solution: change the default domain to another "domain" or remove the wild card become "abc.com" then restart the IIS.

Thanks.

BH Yeo
