Default Can anyone recommend a sports GPS tracker app?

Please Login to Remove!

Hey all,

I've tried bbTracker and couldn't get it to work on my BB Pearl 8120. I've got AllSportGPS working at the moment. But it needs the APN information filling in for it to send the map data to the AllSport server and my carrier charges a bomb to use that and won't supply me with the free service details I pay for.

Can anyone recommend a similar app which would use the default BB settings to connect to the internet or another one that saves the tracked information so I can bluetooth it to my Mac to view in Google Maps.

Thanks in advance for any ideas,

G

I used MobileTracker to track my movements to KMZ/KML or GPX. It worked even well when I jumped out of a working plane (aka Skydive).

The tracklogs look fine in Google Earth and come with some useful information like average speed and stuff. Since version 1.4 this app is also very stable and it can run in background.
