I have the BB maps application, but every time i try opening it....it shows nothing?

I have a plan that allows me to use my emails, and IM ( blackberry Messenger) and that is all.

BB Maps is neither email, nor IM.
You'd need a full BlackBerry Data Plan that allows for all data transfer.
