Default Curve GPS cheaper monthly fee. - 04-21-2008, 04:54 PM

I saw this while on mapquest today. Apparently you can get gps service on your blackberry for under 5 a month. My service provider charges 9.99.

I found Nav4all to be too cumbersome and too elaborate to use while driving. You have to really put thought into getting it set which is not something you can do and drive safe at the same time.

Thx...
Checked your web page and am printing the first 7 pages of your GPS navigator review. How long ago did you do this comparison? I'm surprised that you panned Garmen (or however you spell it). I thought they had a strong edge when it came to physical GPS units.

You might want to include a direct link to the article for others.

Try the Mapquest application-It is worth 50USD/year for sure. I love it.

I cant get NAV4ALL to work on my curve 8310
It is unlocked running on TMOBILE
I am using 4.5.0.10

Does anyone know what to do to make it work correctly??
All it says is that its looking for GPS Signal and never finds it :(:(:(

I have tried all kinds of GPS programs and the google maps will find my location sometimes but wont travel with me. the other apps i have tried wont find me at all. what am i doing wrong????

Thanks
Josh
