Default clear maps of google maps in blackberry 8110 not working

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

I have blackberry 8110 and recently I downloaded google maps which is working fine. After installation I checked my free space it is around 15893321 bytes. After that for 3 to 4 days I did some browsing and used google maps many times.
Today I cleared the cache in my browser and went to google maps and selected clear map. When I check the free space it is just around 12613210 bytes.

I am thinking my downloaded google maps didn't clear. Can anybody tell me how to check how much space google maps is taking and how to clear all the downloaded google maps ?

Thanks

Google maps are downloaded each time I think rather than stored on the device. You are only saving the link to the map.

Do a reset by taking the battery out with the device powered on for 30 seconds then replace. When done check your file free space, it should have increased.
