I downloaded this for my bold and unfortunately during initial setup I chose Bluetooth GPS. There is not an option to re-chose Inernal GPS and even after removing the program and re-installing it keeps coming back with the default bluetooth GPS and does not allow me any longer to chose internal GPS. It seems even though I uninstalled there is a configuration file left behind.

Any advice on how I can fix this?

Hi Michael_bb,
last friday I installed this software in my BB 8310.
I had same problem as you and now I'm trying to resolve.
Are you in the same situation?
I'm looking for any possible solution and if I found something I'll tell you.
Regards,
JM

there should be an options menu that allows you to choose internal gps. or you can go into the phone options > advanced > gps and make sure it is set to internal gps

I have this option in GPS configuration.
When I use BlackBerry maps, it works fine with this configuration. Only TelNav navigator try to use a external bluetooth GPS and it doesn't work.

If you're using Telenav 5.1 then open Telenav and go to Tools/Extras->Preferences->GPS Source.

Try this:

Options>Advanced Options>Applications

scroll down to "TelmapNav_BIS" and hit the menu button. Choose delete.

Battery Pull.

Re-install.
